Truly Munchy in Hong Kong - Hutong

Hutong serves traditional Northern Chinese cuisine,
and is located at One Peking Road, Hong Kong.
Hutong has a wonderful view of Hong Kong Island, which you can enjoy while having your meal.
Remember to make a reservation, they accept reservations a month ahead.

Appetizers include pigeon done 2 ways, drunken and roasted,
goes perfectly with the vinegar and salt.

Prawns with crab roe and salty egg yolk is absolutely delicious,
makes Munchy want to finish the whole plate by myself!

There is a great choice of main courses, especially the spicy food.
Spicy chicken pot is an amazing mix of chicken fillet in chilli broth,
and the black fungus and dried tofu absorb the chilli taste especially well.

The fish is amazing too, fish slices are cooked to perfection in chilli, bean sauce.

Fried string bean with mince meat and spice is a good addition to dinner,
in addition to the meats and seafood.

Finally, finish the meal with some dessert, two cases worth of delicious mango with glutinous
and other traditional Chinese desserts.

Location: 28/F, One Peking Road
Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
