Raohe Night Market is one of the more popular night markets in Taipei.
It is actually rather close to Wu Fen Pu (wholesale shopping), accessible from Hou Shan Pi station.
Try the black pepper pork buns 胡椒饼 (at the start of the street),
Lu rou fan and beef noodles (for those who eat beef).

(better way to get there is by taxi, especially if you have been shopping at Wu Fen Pu)
