Fu Hang Dou Jiang is one of the most popular breakfast shops in Taipei.
Munchy visits Fu Hang, almost every morning when in Taipei.
Try to visit early, as the queue takes about 30 minutes to an hour,
and often snakes around the food court that Fu Hang is located in.

While queuing, you can enjoy watching the chefs making breakfast items.
When you get to the counter, be ready to order from the menu.
The system is such that you order the dou jiang first, pile them onto your tray,
then proceed down the counter to order the you tiao and dan bing.

Munchy's favorites are the hou bing you tiao 厚饼油条, bao bing you tiao 薄饼油条 and dan bing 蛋饼.
Tip on eating the dan bing, is to add a dash of vinegar (available at the counter).
