Truly Munchy in Singapore/Hong Kong - Itacho/Itamae Sushi

Itacho Sushi came to Singapore, bringing premium sushi at an affordable price!
The sushi is mainly priced per piece and you can make your choices on various colored paper menus.

The sushi is extremely fresh and the grilled ones are perfectly done.
The egg sushi is also spectacular.

Munchy's interesting choice are the foie gras sushi and handroll that Itacho serves.
Grilled foie gras on rice provides the perfect blend of flavor.

Itacho is originally from Hong Kong.
In Hong Kong, Itacho and its' sister company Itamae sushi are very popular.
You get a queue number and Munchy actually waited 4 hours on New Year's Eve
just to get into the Causeway Bay branch.

Truly Munchy in Japan - Tokyo Souvenirs (Taneya)

Munchy found this delicious red bean dessert on a trip to Ginza Mitsukoshi, Tokyo.
The crisp pastry is packed separately from the red bean filling (so that it retains its crispiness),
when put together, its a perfect combination,
especially with the slightly chewy red bean filling that comes with mochi in the middle!
A perfect gift from Tokyo!
